BUSINESS LEGAL PARTNERS has a diversified business and corporate practice, representing corporations and other business entities, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs in various capacities including serving as general corporate counsel.

We represent business clients throughout their life cycle: from raising start-up capital to choosing and creating the business entity; to establishing the relations of owners and employees through buy/sell and employment agreements; to equity, debt, or commercial financing; and to exits, including acquisitions and mergers or third party sales. We also represent financial institutions with a variety of commercial lending transactions, including participations and trade finance transactions. In all matters, we evaluate potential liability so that our clients can make informed decisions on accepting or rejecting exposure given the respective costs and benefits.
